We build out the project scope.
Based on the site visit and our conversations, we define the work involved, materials, layout, selections, and other important project details needed to prepare your estimate.

We’ll take a closer look.
A member of the Hilltop team will meet with you to review the space, take measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and discuss the scope of work.
5. Pricing & Proposal
Receive your detailed quote.
We’ll provide a clear proposal outlining the project scope and pricing so you can review exactly what is included before moving forward.
